Tice Miller and Dr. Felipe Renier found the door of the secure monitoring room open when they turned the corner, the light from within beaming across the sterile floor of the corridor.

In the early hours of August 19th 1973, myself and Dr. Felipe Renier experienced the effects of a Full Activation Event, while in our respective homes. For further information pertaining to this event please see OBJECT-6476 INCIDENT REPORT 095 [CLASSIFIED].

Upon entering the facility, myself and Dr. Felipe Renier expeditiously made our way to the secure monitoring room. I had already dispatched the Tactical Response Team to this area to confirm the security of the immediate area surrounding OBJECT-6476.

We found the secure door to the monitoring room open, and within we located night shift security officer Mr. Terrence Richter laying upon the collapsed components of his char, the seat and back of which had become detached from the wheeled base and broken beneath him.

Also in attendance were the additional members of the responding TRT. Caden Mann was found naked and standing upon the desk,observing OBJECT-6476 while rubbing his erection against the glass of the observation window. Beside him, kneeling on the desk and also viewing OBJECT-6476, TRT members Mr. Vic Martins and Mr. Christopher Quinn were engaged in acts of mutual masturbation, manipulating each other’s erections.

Upon checking for a pulse, I regrettably found none.

I began to perform CPR on Mr. Richter while Dr. Eddings was making his way to the scene.

Upon arrival of Dr. Eddings and his assistant, I allowed them to take over the treatment of Mr. Richter while myself and Dr. Felipe Renier took control of the remaining men. It took some considerable effort and time to remove the remaining men from the area and we secured them one-by-one in the additional holding zone adjoining the containment area of OBJECT-6476.

Upon returning to the observation area after securing the last of the TRT operatives, I was informed by Dr. Eddings that Mr. Richter had regrettably passed away, and that there was no further medical assistance which could be provided.

The body of Mr. Richter has been transported to the medical area and an autopsy is to be completed to establish cause of death.

Upon review of the footage from the primary recording equipment located in the monitoring room I can confirm the following:

Mr. Richter was engaged in a lengthy masturbatory experience while observing OBJECT-6476. As has been known for some time, members of the immediate team (including security personnel) engage in masturbation either solo or with others as a course of their duties. It has been established that this cannot be easily controlled, but the memetic effects are usually controlled with regular dosing of Compound-KG and supporting therapy sessions and psychological training.

On this occasion OBJECT-6476 appears to have entered a significantly powerful activation event, capable of influencing both myself and Dr. Renier while asleep and at our respective homes.

The amplified and extreme nature of this activation, and its memetic reach, requires considerable further research. Proposals for such will be forthcoming.

A period of time elapses in which Mr. Richter can be observed ejaculating, and resuming his masturbation.

Upon arrival of the deployed TRT members Mr. Richter allows them entry into the secure observation room. A struggle appears to ensue while the TRT members are attempting to subdue Mr. Richter, who is now naked, but it becomes clear that within an estimated thirty seconds of their arrival they have also succumbed to the memetic influence of OBJECT-6476.

Mr. Caden Mann can be seen becoming transfixed by the sight of OBJECT-6476 in the adjoining room. He begins to remove his uniform.

Moments later, Mr. Danvers, Mr. Martins and Mr. Quinn are observed removing items of their clothing while masturbating the penis of Mr. Richter, who returns to his seat.

There is continued activity between the gathered men, who are quickly fully naked. The men can be observed orally stimulating each other, masturbating themselves and their colleagues, to include several ejaculations.

For a brief time, Mr. Mann seems to seek physical contact with the gathered men surrounding Mr. Richter in his seat and multiple acts of frottage can be observed.

It has been observed through multiple testing scenarios that men who are significantly under the influence of OBJECT-6476 in powerful activation events are capable of producing much more semen than might be considered medically possible. Research to establish the reason for this is continuing.

For some time after the breakage of the chair, Mr. Richter can be seen continuing to masturbate himself and the TRT members, while also providing oral stimulation. It is not clear at which point the activity might indicate his passing. Due to the quality of the obtained footage, we are unable to categorically state when Mr/. Richter might have experience asphyxiation, and therefore there is no possibility of assessing who – if anyone – might be culpable for his demise.

Given the nature of his passing, and the associated feelings of guilt among the TRT members, it has been suggested that no further action be taken in regard to attempting to establish accountability.

Each individual involved in this tragic incident was under the control of OBJECT-6476. Their actions during this time were beyond their conscious control.

It is my assessment, as Senior Research Scientist, that each member involved in this incident should be considered a fellow victim, and be treated accordingly.

Dr. Renier and Dr. Eddings concur.

Further information pertaining to the passing of Mr. Richter, and any dealings with Mr. Richter’s family, are the responsibility of the Griffin Ballon Legal Department.

Concluding Notes:

This activation event raises considerable concerns regarding those previously exposed to OBJECT-6476. For the first time in the history of our vital work with OBJECT-6476, we have observed the memetic power reaching considerable levels of remote influence. Our isolation methods have proven to be futile on this occasion. Both Dr. Renier and myself experienced extreme arousal during this activation. Subduing and overcoming such erotic drive took considerable effort on the part of both of us. We are still unsure how others might have been affected and are working on a plan to investigate with former test subjects who are now located across the country.

Further investigations relating to the impact experienced by former test subjects will be conducted by myself and Mr. Kris Aanders over the coming weeks. During this time we are also deploying a small team to monitor newspaper reports from the areas in which known subjects are located, to ensure no further contagion or ongoing events might be taking place.

Recommendations to be submitted:

1. An engineering team should be appointed to assess the viability of a screening system should a similar severe activation take place, allowing remote individuals such as myself or Dr. Renier to “dial in” and obscure visual access to OBJECT-6476 for those in the observation area.
2. Continued development of Compound-KG, and associated formulas, to more quickly subdue those affected by the memetic influence of OBJECT-6476.
3. Continued assessment and observation of former test subjects is a priority. Greater funding is required to successfully monitor the impact of such an event on former test subjects, or those exposed to OBJECT-6476 in the past.
