Officer Neller has an interesting interpretation of traffic laws. While he’s eager to pull people over for being drunk or high, or being caught using a cellphone, he also believes being horny is as much of a distraction. That’s especially true when he pulls over young couple Ted and Angelina, and notices the shape of Ted’s erection straining in his jeans. The young couple will be permitted to resume their journey to the rural Dionysius Resort, just as soon as the intoxicated driver has resolved the issue and quelled the lustful distraction throbbing in his pants. Luckily for Ted, Officer Neller knows how to assist members of the public with such issues.
